POSTER DESIGN FOR DIZALE JUNE 2023
I was asked by Dizale to draw a new film poster for The Horse of Pride (a film from 1978 by Claude Chabrol based on the book Le cheval d'orgueil or Marc'h al lorc'h written by Per Jakez Helias) that is to be shown again in the near futur.
AUTHOR-ILLUSTRATOR JANUARY 2023
I had the occasion to work with the breton publishing house Keit Vimp Bev in early winter. I wrote and drew a story for May’s edition of their children’s magazine Rouzig. The story is about kodomo no hi, a celebration day for children that takes place in Japan at that time of the year. It was published in breton and gallo (the two languages historically spoken in Brittany) but you'll find the english version linked here, along with a poster I made for the occasion.
GRAPHIC ARTIST INTERNSHIP SEPTEMBER - DECEMBER 2021
During my master, I had the opportunity to become an intern at Locus Solus, a publishing house located in Châteaulin, Brittany. I made the model, processed the illustrations and pictures of several books (along with some minor works like graphic communication, help at book fairs, ...etc). In the same time, I was asked by the AMEB (Brittany Publishing Houses Association) to make their first catalogue from layout to design.
PERIOD FANZINE MARCH 2021
At first, it was only supposed to be a university project with a festival called Les Menstrueuses.
We were several female students of the same class interested in the making of a fanzine. So, our art-zine would be only about period, menopause, about BLOOD. About those red fluids ruling o
ver the life of half the humanity while remaining shameful secrets for the other half. And soon our group conversation was filled with ideas, drawings, jokes. We shared our experiences along with friend's or family member's. Some of us wrote, others drew, and finally, on March the 11th, our monster came to LIFE. Like my comrades, I did a bit of everything (writing, page layout, ...) but I mostly drew illustrations.
